This uses HTML5 <audio> (not WebAudio). Tap a button, you should hear sound.

If you can’t hear the 440 beep after tapping, it’s a device/output issue (mute, routing, Bluetooth). If you hear the beep but not 128, use the “128 + 256 + Pink” button — phone speakers need the harmonic/texture.
